I'm a bad blogger :)

Sorry guys, it's been so busy that I haven't had a chance to blog in like two weeks! Here is a recap of what we have been doing :)

Float Trip Madness!
Mark and I went on a float trip with our friends Andy and Lauren Jester and Cecily Miller. It was a trip full of laughs, rain, horseflies, canoes ramming into trees, awkward bathroom situations, and memories :)

Smile big for Big Smile :)
We had our engagement pictures a couple weeks ago with Big Smile, it was a funny experience! I was so nervous that I just giggled the whole time and hid behind Mark! :) Should make for some interesting pics! Once we get them back I will post a few!

A reception has to have food!
We met with Pasta Express to go over our catering menu, and after eating a table full of yummies, we are very satisfied with our choices and hope everyone is too!


Well that hits on all the major events of the past couple weeks!
Mark is leaving on Friday for his last semester at Rolla. We are both sad, but excited that we are so close to getting to live in the same city for good!

Monday Night Gummy Toss

This week is going to be a crazy one folks! Mark has tests for his online classes, we just got back from a big float trip and our apartment is a mess, we have engagement pictures on Friday, catering appointments and wedding ring shopping on Saturday... lots of fun to be had!

So, after we had an hour long fashion shoot for engagement pictures which consisted of all our clothes being pulled out of our closet, trying on tons of outfits, taking pics and sending them to Maid of Honor Megan for approval (thanks Meg, huge help!), we were ready for some breakfast for dinner! Yummy!

I needed some sugar after that point, so the gummy toss commenced. I pulled out my favorite fruit snacks, Mark stood in the kitchen and I stood in the living room. We tossed gummies across the room to see if we could get them in each other's mouths. It was so fun we had to open a second pack of gummies! Lots of laughs, lots of sugar- that's my kind of Monday night!
